Job summary

Georgetown University’s Pivot program seeks a Program Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, materials, and communications for Fellows. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will help maintain program infrastructure, databases, and workflows while contributing to process improvements and alumni engagement efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least one year business experience in program or event management.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, follow directions, and execute.
• Critical eye for detail.
• Familiarity and proficiency in the MS-Office suite of programs, Google Suite, and Airtable.

Responsibilities

• Preparing programming materials for Pivot Fellows.
• Maintaining the Pivot Program databases.
• Leading smaller projects and initiatives (such as alumni engagement).
• Assisting in the daily management of the program.
• Providing administrative support to Pivot faculty and staff.
