A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is seeking a Weekend Team Lead to support operations in the Pittsburgh area. This is a great opportunity to gain leadership experience, earn extra income on weekends, and advance toward a management career.

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM at Pittsburgh, PA. You will lead janitorial teams, perform quality inspections, train staff, and coordinate with the Account Manager to meet service goals.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Janitorial, facilities, or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist janitorial teams as needed.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure standards are met.
• Train and coach team members.
• Provide coverage when staffing needs arise.
• Track labor hours and assist with operational goals.
• Place weekly supply orders.
• Communicate schedule, policy, and procedural updates.
• Work closely with the Account Manager.
• Identify opportunities for additional services.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
