A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team in the Pittsburgh area, overseeing multiple accounts and driving service excellence.

You will manage field teams, foster client relationships, and ensure quality audits while operating in a business-casual environment. The position emphasizes leadership, safety, and cost control, with opportunities for growth within AQFS.

Position Details

- East Pittsburgh Area

- Primarily 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM

- Approximately 70% Travel

- Business Casual Environment

- Full-Time Position

- On-Call and Weekend Availability as Needed

What You'll Do

As an Area Manager, you'll oversee multiple accounts, support team members, and ensure customers receive outstanding service every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating janitorial teams

Building strong customer relationships

Conducting quality inspections and audits

Hiring, training, and coaching employees

Managing staffing levels and coverage

Tracking activity through CRM software

Maintaining labor budgets and operational goals

Addressing customer concerns quickly and professionally

Ensuring safety and compliance standards are met

Supporting employee growth and development

Improving processes and driving operational excellence

What We're Looking For

Experience Preferred, Not Required
