A Quality Facility Services in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Weekend Team Lead to supervise janitorial teams, support operations, and help ensure high standards of service.

This weekend role provides leadership growth, paid training, and a path toward greater responsibility within AQFS as you learn to manage schedules, quality inspections, and client expectations.

• Lead and assist janitorial teams on weekends.

• Coordinate with Account Manager and client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for additional services.

What You’ll Do

As a Weekend Team Lead, you'll help ensure our building, employees, and customers receive the support they need to be successful.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and assisting janitorial teams as needed
• Conducting quality inspections and ensuring standards are met
• Training and coaching team members
• Providing coverage when staffing needs arise
• Tracking labor hours and assisting with operational goals
• Placing weekly supply orders
• Communicating schedule, policy, and procedural updates
• Working closely with the Account Manager
• Identifying opportunities for additional services
• Helping maintain a positive and productive work environment
