A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is seeking an energetic Area Manager to lead multiple accounts from the Pittsburgh region, including Monroeville, PA. You will oversee teams, foster strong client relationships, and drive service excellence while managing budgets and schedules.

Primary hours are the evening shift with substantial travel. AQFS emphasizes growth, internal promotion, and ongoing training to advance your leadership career.

Position Details

- East Pittsburgh Area

- Primarily 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM

- Approximately 70% Travel

- Business Casual Environment

- Full-Time Position

- On-Call and Weekend Availability as Needed

What You'll Do

As an Area Manager, you'll oversee multiple accounts, support team members, and ensure customers receive outstanding service every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating janitorial teams

Building strong customer relationships

Conducting quality inspections and audits

Hiring, training, and coaching employees
