enGen is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead clinical IT initiatives, including Epic or other EMR projects, with a strong focus on aligning clinical workflows and regulatory requirements. The role requires balancing priorities and delivering patient-centered technology solutions in a healthcare setting.

You will coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and ensure effective communication across multidisciplinary teams, driving high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business or related field
• 3 years of experience in project management delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Scope Management: Define and manage project scope and changes.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources to optimize performance and meet deadlines.
• Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with key stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; maintain RAID log.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare status reports and document project artifacts and approvals.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and motivate project teams.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality controls to meet standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
