Job summary

Eckert Seamans seeks an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate for our Pittsburgh, PA office. The ideal candidate will handle complex commercial matters across federal and state courts and help prepare cases for trial.

Requirements include PA bar admission and 4–7 years of experience in commercial litigation, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters independently, with excellent interpersonal communication.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of commercial litigation experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of active matters independently; and
• Court and deposition experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and argue motions, take and defend depositions.
• Handle complex discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and prepare cases for trial.
• Partner with clients and colleagues to develop strategy and case management plans.
