CNA Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily activities like medication reminders, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
• Offering emotional and social support that residents depend on.
• Help with dining room assistance and laundry needs, as well as maintaining resident dignity and independence.
• Following safety protocols, attending necessary training, and fostering a safe, respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or CHHA licensure.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly and assist residents who need physical support.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with English.
• Experience with memory care is preferred if working in specialized care areas.
