Job summary
Hai Hospitality and LORO, an Asian Smokehouse & Bar, are hiring for our BBQ Pit Team as Pitmaster and Butcher. You will lead meat preparation and support the kitchen to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications
- Effective communication with guests and staff
- Identify safety issues and follow safety guidelines and standards
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, and restock duties
- Stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Serve as Pitmaster and Butcher on the pit team
- Support kitchen operations to create outstanding dining experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety standards
