Job summary

Hai Hospitality and LORO, an Asian Smokehouse & Bar, are hiring for our BBQ Pit Team. This Pitmaster and Butcher role will lead kitchen prep and service, delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests. Morning shifts begin at 6am and weekend availability is prioritized.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and staff.
• Identify and follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and restock as needed.
• Stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Work well in a crowded kitchen and maintain hygiene.
• Must work morning shifts (6am) and accommodate weekend work.
