Hai Hospitality and LORO, an Asian Smokehouse & Bar, are seeking a Pitmaster and Butcher to join the kitchen team in Houston. The role focuses on BBQ pit operations, meat processing, and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must communicate with guests and coworkers clearly and professionally.
• Detect safety issues and follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pitmaster and Butcher for the BBQ program.
• Maintain organized, clean workstations and proper storage.
• Stock inventory and assist with restocking duties during shifts.
• Work mornings with shifts starting at 6am and support weekend priorities.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, grills, and knives.

In this role, you will serve as Pitmaster and Butcher, and as a vital member of our kitchen team to create amazing dining experiences for our guests.
