5 Tool Performance is a baseball development facility with 17K sq ft. of turf and gym space. We are conveniently located off of three major highways intersecting in Westwood, MA.

We are looking for an educator who is passionate about sports, biomechanics, biology and technology. We need a pitching specific instructor/coach who played at the college level and can bring their experience, insights, and knowledge to the pitching arena.

• A. Solid Communication Skills: Comfortable with people and able to share and express concepts and ideas through writing and presentation.
• B. Analytical Skills: Uses technology daily to interpret numbers, draws correlations, or is willing to learn.
• C. Organized and willing to teach pitching mechanics, sequencing, programming, design, and execution/delivery.

Job Summary

We are seeking an outgoing and energetic pitching instructor to join our 5 Team team! As an instructor, you will create lesson plans, share and weigh in on various pitching styles and approaches, program, provide timely professional feedback, understand how to integrate metrics with gut feel, communicate and guide our clients and their families, and work closely with our team.
