About 5 Tool Performance: A baseball development facility with 17K sq ft of turf and gym space, located off major highways in Westwood, MA. As a start-up, employees will take on multiple roles with opportunities for learning and growth. Expectations and objectives are discussed during the interview process.

Desired Experience: We seek mentally tenacious coaches/mentors/instructors who have played at higher levels and understand the importance of patience, attention to detail, and technical teaching. Our goal is to develop players' understanding of competition, performance, and resilience in stressful situations.

Culture: Our instructors are competitive and value the journey of training, learning, and adjusting. We emphasize teamwork, excellence, integrity, and sportsmanship. The role requires a high level of commitment and the ability to give to our clients. Initially, a 3-month part-time trial with potential for full-time employment, salary range $50K-$65K plus bonuses and shares.

Work Schedule: Spring/Summer: Monday-Friday 11am-7pm, weekends rotating 9am-5pm; Fall/Winter: Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm, weekends 9am-6pm. Weekend work is required, especially during peak times.

Additional Info: Some instructors may also play semi-pro or pro, training during non-business hours. The environment encourages bringing your own concepts, cross-training, and continuous learning. Immediate hiring is underway.
