Job summary

A local training facility in Natick is seeking part-time Softball Pitching Instructors to provide instruction for players of all ages. Responsibilities include conducting group and private lessons both at our facility and offsite, using a scheduling system, and adhering to instructional philosophies. Ideal candidates should have a detailed knowledge of baseball pitching, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for the sport. Flexible availability during weekday afternoons and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a baseball pitching instructor is preferred.
• Willingness to work on a team of instructors.
• Available to work on select weekday afternoons through evenings and/or weekend days.

Frozen Ropes in Natick is hiring part‑time Softball Pitching Instructors for players of all ages. We are looking for individuals that want to work at a professional training facility and contribute to the expansion of Frozen Ropes in the Metrowest Boston area. New instructors will be paid during an initial training period.

Responsibilities

• Baseball and Softball instruction for players of all ages in group classes and private lessons held at our facility and at offsite locations
• Knowledge of all Frozen Ropes programs
• Training and adhering to Frozen Ropes instructional philosophies
• Use of scheduling system to view upcoming classes, camps, lesson and other events, review of lesson notes
• Use of video analysis system
• Setting up rental equipment
• Execution of daily projects including opening and closing procedures with end of day cleanup

Requirements

• Detailed knowledge of baseball pitching
• High School or College baseball pitching experience
• Experience as a baseball pitching instructor is preferred
• Willingness to work on a team of instructors
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiasm and a love for the game
• Available to work on select weekday afternoons through evenings and/or weekend days
