Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 1 year of baseball coaching or playing experience.
• Experience developing pitching skills and ability to coach pitching mechanics.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in skill instruction and player development with focus on pitching mechanics.
• Evaluate and recruit student-athletes in compliance with regulations (NCAA/Atlantic 10).
• Assist head coach with administrative operations and program management.
• Adhere to NCAA, Atlantic 10, and Fordham rules.
