2311 RACING LLC fka Racing Acquisitions LLC is seeking a Pit Stop Development Coach to lead the PDG program between 23XI Racing and LEGACY Motor Club. The role focuses on practice leadership, film instruction, and athlete development to prepare competitors for NASCAR Cup Series pit stops.

You will standardize coaching across both organizations, coordinate with athletic directors, evaluate prospects, and provide progress reports to support roster placement and performance benchmarks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PDG practice sessions from start to finish.
• Develop PDG practice plans aligned with joint leadership and standards.
• Review practice film with athletes to identify deficiencies and track progress.
