Job summary

23XI Racing seeks a Pit Stop Development Coach to lead the joint PDG program with LEGACY Motor Club. You will oversee practice sessions, film review, player development, and cross-organizational coaching standards across both teams.

LSA candidates should have a strong coaching background, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent communication with athletes and staff. The role requires travel to select NASCAR events and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of NASCAR pit stop choreography, technique, and workflow.
• Experience coaching athletes in a performance environment preferred.
• Ability to lead a group and manage athlete development independently.
• Strong communication with athletes, coaching staff, and partner personnel.
• Proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead all PDG practice sessions end-to-end.
• Develop and execute PDG practice plans with joint leadership input.
• Lead PDG film sessions and track player development over time.
• Educate athletes on at-track prep and race weekend expectations.
• Maintain unified coaching standards across both organizations.
• Coordinate with athletic directors to align coaching philosophies.
• Assist Recruiting Coach with evaluating prospective athletes.
