Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership that reflects the mission and values of 23XI Racing.
• Assemble pit crew teams using performance metrics and team chemistry.
• Identify and recruit pit crew members to grow the department.
• Set performance goals for individuals and teams.
• Plan and lead practice sessions; supervise during sessions.
• Develop and critique individual and team choreographies.
