Job summary

Master Lock Company in Indiana is hiring a PIT Operator for first shift to safely operate powered industrial trucks and support daily production needs. You will move material using sit-down, stand-up, and walkie trucks, scan with handheld devices, and update MES systems to keep production status accurate.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent manufacturing experience, and the ability to obtain forklift certification. Prior experience with PIT operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate/HSE or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Ability to obtain Fork Lift Certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a powered industrial truck while prioritizing safety over production.
• Move product using sit-down, stand-up, and walkie pallets.
• Use handheld scanner and Great Plains/E-21/MES for material placement.
• Perform daily PIT inspections and ensure accurate production status to management.
• Maintain plus level eligibility and perform other duties as assigned.
