Job summary

Overhead Door Corporation in Mount Hope, Ohio, is seeking a Powered Industrial Truck Operator 1 to support production across the plant. You will read the production schedule and prepare materials for the next three line items, while ensuring raw material availability and quality control.

Requirements include PIT certification, at least one year of experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally.

Qualifications

• Must be certified to operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT).
• Entry-level position but requires immediate PIT certification.
• Minimum of one year experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• The Powered Industrial Truck Operator 1 encompasses all areas of the plant.
• Must be able to read the production schedule and, at a minimum, have materials prepared in advance for the next three line items.
• Must maintain a sufficient supply of raw materials needed for production.
• Responsible for performing quality inspection for all products handled.
• Must be able to work in and contribute to a team environment, with minimal supervision.
• Must perform other tasks or duties as required by the Lead Person and /or Supervisor.
