To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site: www.gotoworkhappy.com/benefits**Job Description:**Essential duties include, but are not limited to:\* Responsible for performing functions of either a Pit Manager or Shift Manager on an assigned shift\* Reviews game spread & staffing levels and recommends changes to the Director Table Games and Director Casino Administration\* Ensures compliance with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations.\* Responsible for the distribution and administration of performance appraisals, commendations, constructive letters and progressive discipline to all reporting levels of table games department employees\* Must be knowledgeable of all casino games and rules and Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations\* Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills\* Must offer the highest possible level of customer service resulting in a maximum level of player enjoyment and return play\* Reviews the internal security of all table games and maintains surveillance of all activities that could affect the efficiency and effectiveness, as well as, the integrity of the casino operation
