Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH company, is seeking an experienced Pit/Crusher Foreperson to oversee daily aggregate production at our Daniels Canyon Pit and Plant. This hands-on leadership role supervises crews, coordinates equipment, and ensures safety and environmental compliance.

You will monitor production, maintain records, train staff, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with project managers to meet schedules on heavy civil projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years aggregate production or related experience preferred.
• 2 years supervisory or foreman-level experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote safety culture; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate daily pit and crushing operations to meet production schedules.
• Direct and oversee crusher operators, equipment operators, mechanics, and laborers.
• Maintain production reports and records; monitor efficiency and quality.
