Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH company, is hiring a Crusher Laborer to assist highway, utility, and on-site plant crews across the Intermountain States. The role involves various manual tasks and travel with supervision only on complex jobs.

You will help with maintenance, setup, teardown, and material handling while prioritizing safety and efficiency. The position requires the ability to follow instructions, basic math skills, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Commitment to safety and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Travel to crusher locations across the Intermountain States Area; ~75% travel.
• Perform machinery maintenance, repairs, and component changes.
• Set up/take down crusher machinery, run cables/hoses, and move parts with a skid steer.
• Keep crusher area clean and free of debris; monitor equipment performance.
• Operate equipment such as skid steer and loaders when trained.
• Assist with flagging and traffic control as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition.
