Job summary

LSG Sky Chefs in Coraopolis, PA is hiring for a full-time position at $18.50/hour with a sign-on bonus program. The role requires operating in extreme temperatures, lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing up to 70 lbs, and ability to read, write and speak English and use RDF scanners.

Training shifts begin early; schedules include weekends and holidays, with uniforms, lunch and parking provided. Previous forklift and pallet jack experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English and operate RDF scanners.
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (hot or cold) for long periods.
• Must be able to walk, stoop, bend and stand for an entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 70 lbs with rolling cart.
• Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work any day including weekends and holidays.
• Background check and pre-employment drug test required; monthly random drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products for Airline, E-Commerce and Retail customers.
• Communicate with internal and external customers professionally.
• Support team operations in a fast-paced catering environment.

• Shift 7am-3:30pm - first two weeks of training shift will be 5am-1:30pm
• Ability to read/write/speak English & use RDF scanners
• Effectively communicate with internal and external customers while demonstrating positive and professional image of LSG Sky Chefs.
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (hot or cold) for long periods of time.
• Must be able to walk/stoop/bend/stand for entire work shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push up to 70 lbs. with use of rolling cart.
• Previous Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
