Job summary

LSG Sky Chefs in the United States is hiring full-time sandwich assembly workers to prepare products for our airline, ecommerce, and retail customers. You will work in a controlled cold room and cooperate with a diverse team to place ingredients on sandwich items.

You must be 18+, able to stand all shift, lift up to 20 lbs and push 70 lbs, and be eligible to work in the US. Union membership may be required. Weekend/holiday shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.

LSG Sky Chefs with over 75 years of catering history is hiring immediately for full‑time team players to prepare products for our airline, e‑commerce, and retail customers. Responsibilities

Sandwich assembly workers work in a 38‑degree cold room to prepare sandwich items for our retail client. Duties include working as a team to place ingredients onto sandwich products. Shifts do not rotate but candidates must be open to changing shifts during seniority‑based shift bids. Shift bids can change your days off at a minimum of twice per year.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Be able to work in a cold room; cold gear provided after 60‑day probationary period.
• Be able to lift up to 20 lbs and push up to 70 lbs with the use of rolling carts; able to walk, stand, bend, stoop for the entire shift.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Be a team player and work well with a diverse team from all over the world.
• Additional eligibility requirements and details:
• This is a union position – must be willing to join the union and pay union dues.
• Must be available to work a full‑time position, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to clear pre‑employment process which includes a background check.
