Job summary

PC Construction Company is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to oversee self-perform projects and multiple trades. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong piping installation experience, and the ability to read drawings and plan crews.

Travel to jobsites is required; a 3-year foreman track and 6-year overall piping experience are expected. Superior benefits include 401(k) match, ESOP, health/dental, PTO, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as mechanical foreman on self-perform projects.
• At least 6 years total experience installing piping systems.
• Experience with large diameter above/underground flanged and ductile iron piping.
• Experience installing process equipment for wastewater treatment plants.
• Willingness to assist with ancillary work such as miscellaneous metals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the crew.
• Read and interpret drawings, perform material take-off, and order materials.
• Plan and schedule the work for the crew daily, weekly, and monthly, including subcontractor work.
• Work with tools when needed, and mentor others.
• Travel to jobsites as required.
