Qualifications

• Experience in project management, estimating, or a similar role in piping/construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and piping plans.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Prepare accurate material takeoffs from drawings and specs.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve estimating questions.

Responsibilities

• Manage awarded projects from receipt of purchase order through completion and shipment.
• Review purchase orders, specifications, and contract documents to verify scope, pricing, and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain project schedules and coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality control, and shipping.
• Monitor status and communicate milestones and delays to customers.
