$95,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

We are seeking a detail-driven Piping & Plumbing Estimator with experience in large-scale commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for accurately estimating the cost of plumbing and piping systems for competitive bids and negotiated work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare detailed piping/plumbing estimates
• Perform quantity takeoffs and solicit subcontractor/vendor pricing
• Develop budgets and cost breakdowns for complex commercial projects
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients during preconstruction

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of estimating experience in plumbing and piping for commercial construction
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes, materials, and installation methods
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Trimble, QuickPen, Bluebeam, Excel)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
