Qualifications

• Basic math and language skills required.
• Threading, grinding, beveling, welding, rigging, plasma cutting, gas arc cutting.
• A minimum of 1-2 years related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Understand job specifications, blueprint reading, target point measurements and torque requirements.
• Install valves, suction diffusers, guides, circuit setters, expansion tanks and pumps to complete piping system.
• Apply knowledge of piping hangers, supports and braces for secure installations.
• Operate overhead cranes or forklifts safely and monitor quality and safety.
