Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas Inc. seeks a skilled Pipefitter to join our fabrication facility in Jacksonville, FL (or Fort Worth, TX). You will install, align, and test piping systems for cooling equipment, read blueprints, and follow safety practices on industrial sites.

The role requires 6+ years of pipefitting experience, knowledge of welding techniques, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with 150 PSI hydro testing. Local travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of threading, grinding, welding, brazing, rigging, plasma cutting, and gas arc cutting.
• Fluent in all hydro process for 150 PSI testing and inspections.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Pipefitting.
• Knowledge of datum lining, piping center lines and work points.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret job specifications, blueprints, and measurement requirements for large piping systems.
• Install valves, suction diffusers, pumps, and related piping components to form a complete system.
• Rig and hang piping, ensuring alignment of center lines and supports.
• Operate cranes or forklifts safely and supervise two or more helpers as needed.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and OSHA standards; participate in quality reporting.
• Assist in ISO 9001 audits and maintain documentation.
