Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a HLW Piping Field Engineer for construction activities at the Hanford site. You’ll handle piping/mechanical installations, inspections, and test documentation in a nuclear-heritage project environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, developing work plans, and leading field engineers to ensure timely completion under ASME codes and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related subject.
• 1–2 years of Field Engineering or related experience (or 5–6 years without a degree).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering on constructability and design issues.
• Develop work plans, coordinate materials, perform inspections, and document progress.
• Lead in a team-based environment and supervise field engineers.
• Review requisitions and support field procurement in inspection and receipt.
• Interpret design/vendor drawings and ensure proper installation/testing of piping and mechanical equipment.
