Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Mechanical Piping Engineer 2 to provide design and analysis for piping, pipe supports, and mechanical modules in nuclear plants. The role includes on-site collaboration, design change implementation, and technical presentations to stakeholders.

You will work at Rock Hill, SC or Cranberry Township, PA in a hybrid setup (on-site 2 days/week), reporting to the Manager, Piping And Supports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of mechanical design and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical expertise in design, construction, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear plant piping and pipe supports.
• Work in teams to resolve critical issues affecting construction and operation of nuclear power plants.
• Develop business relationships with Westinghouse customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations on project status, problem resolution, and engineering recommendations.
