Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a mechanical/piping designer with 4+ years of experience to perform complete designs using Aveva E-3D and PDS. You will develop piping drawings, calculate materials, and coordinate with project teams.

Field design and on-site startup support are part of the role. Requirements include an Associate degree in Engineering Technology or CAD Drafting and proficiency in CAD tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant mechanical/piping drafting experience.
• Associate degree required.
• Proficient in Aveva E-3D, PDS, and piping design standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete designs for mechanical/piping assignments under supervision.
• Develop piping drawings from P&IDs, GA diagrams, and equipment drawings.
• Prepare material take-offs from piping drawings and estimate quantities.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure scope, specs, and design criteria are met.
• Provide on-site design support during startup and commissioning.
