Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the daily operation and maintenance of gas and liquid facilities and pipelines. This role is Monday–Friday with no rotator schedule, and requires hands-on work at compressor stations, pump stations, and related equipment.

You will inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair prime movers, valves, dehydrators, pumps, and auxiliary equipment, while coordinating with teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience levels per job level A/B/C as described in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate compressor or pump stations and related equipment to meet throughput and safety standards.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate work with employees and contractors for safe, timely completion.
• Provide budget input, schedule outages, order materials, and maintain inventory.
• Interpret drawings, schematics, OEM manuals, and other technical resources.
• Maintain records, logs, and regulatory documentation (OSHA, DOT, EPA).
• Provide training and leadership to develop work crews as needed.
• Perform energy isolation lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• On-call support on a rotating basis and adherence to safety policies.
