Job summary

ONE Gas in Tulsa, OK, seeks an auditor to plan, conduct, and document Tier 1 and Tier 2 reviews of core pipeline safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and program effectiveness. The role involves analyzing data, identifying gaps, and communicating findings to management.

Responsibilities include drafting corrective actions with program owners, writing audit reports, and supporting responses to regulatory inquiries. Travel to various offices and sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, physical science or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience; minimum 1 year.
• Experience in audit, compliance, operations and/or regulatory environments.
• Pipeline safety inspection and/or audit program experience.
• Ability to read and interpret regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and document Tier 1 and Tier 2 reviews of core pipeline safety programs.
• Identify gaps and draft corrective actions with program owners/operations.
• Write audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Provide responses to state and Federal regulatory inquiries.
• Research and interpret pipeline safety rules per DOT and ensure compliance.
