Job summary

ONEOK in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Environmental Professional III to lead environmental compliance efforts across our natural gas pipeline segment. You will drive regulatory engagement, lead audits, close corrective actions, mentor staff, and manage multiple compliance systems across media including air permitting (Title V), SPCC, waste management, and hydrostatic testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in environmental, natural science, engineering preferred and/or a combination of formal education and the following job related experience:
• Typically 6-10 years related experience in environmental compliance.
• Knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations and standards and their application.

Responsibilities

• Mentor entry level employees on compliance system management and procedures.
• Lead audits and regulatory issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Manage permit processes for air, water, waste and related media from start to finish.
• Develop tools to collect and manage environmental compliance data with accuracy checks.
• Review inspection reports and resolve potential compliance issues.
• Coordinate and participate in agency inspections and negotiations on compliance matters.
