Job summary

JoCo is seeking a Pipeline Safety Compliance Analyst to research and evaluate historical pipeline records for regulatory compliance, focusing on TVC requirements, MAOP reconfirmation, and closing documentation gaps that may trigger further inspections or testing.

You will analyze pressure tests, material specs, and engineering drawings, identify missing or inaccurate records, develop work scopes for additional inspections, and collaborate with engineering, pipeline safety, and project teams to

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience evaluating pipeline records for TVC compliance.
• Knowledge of pipeline safety regulations, MAOP, pressure testing, and material records.
• Ability to interpret engineering documentation and identify compliance gaps.
• Experience with records management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Pipeline engineering, drafting, GIS, or integrity management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate pipeline records, including pressure tests, material specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Determine whether records meet TVC requirements and support MAOP reconfirmation.
• Identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate documentation and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop work scopes and packages for additional inspections, testing, or engineering work.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with engineering, pipeline safety, and project teams.
