Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in document control or project administration in industrial/energy settings.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain project job books, MOC packages, and related docs.
• Organize and index electronic and hard-copy records per policies and regs.
• Coordinate with engineers, PMs, ops, and contractors to gather docs.
