Job summary

Tallgrass MLP Operations, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to responsible for records, daily reports, and performing maintenance on pumps and equipment with minimal supervision. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and experience with pipelines, pump stations, and safe handling of produced water and oil field materials.

Candidate must read blueprints/P&IDs, have a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with transmission pipeline systems and pump stations.
• Safe handling practices for produced water and oil field materials/waste.
• Experience reading blueprints and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Support operations and maintain RP buildings, pipelines gathering systems, valves, pumps and equipment.
• Travel to various RP locations as assigned by NOC or Supervisor.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and daily inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Demonstrate safety and environmental compliance and report concerns.
• Be able to operate a trailer and power washer as needed.
