Job summary

Tallgrass MLP Operations, LLC is seeking an entry-level technician to install, operate and maintain gas and liquid pipelines, compressor stations, pump stations, and related facilities in Utah. The role includes Patrols, locating, construction and inspection under the Company Damage Prevention Program, with training to progress to the next level.

You will work with a team, perform safety-compliant tasks, complete documentation, and respond to callouts.

Qualifications

• Willingness to achieve and maintain Operator Qualifications (OQ) and progression requirements applicable to the job classification.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals).
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pipelines, compressors and related equipment.
• Locate and mark facilities per Company Damage Prevention Program and One-Call procedures.
• Perform pipeline patrols, leak surveys and inspections as per procedures.
• Complete all applicable documentation and record keeping.
• Support safety programs and teamwork in daily operations.
