Job summary

Tallgrass in Williston, ND is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining records, daily reports, and performing maintenance on pumps and other equipment with minimal supervision. The role requires you to travel to RP locations and operate with safety and regulatory standards in mind.

You will inspect, grease, and repair equipment, support pipeline and facility operations, and coordinate with trucking companies for salt water delivery while upholding Tallgrass's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of transmission pipeline systems and pump stations.
• Knowledge of safe handling produced water and oil field waste.
• Experience repairing pumps and related equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Support operations and maintain RP buildings, pipelines, valves, pumps and equipment.
• Travel to RP locations as assigned by NOC or Supervisor.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Inspect pipelines and facilities daily; report issues.
• Coordinate with trucking companies for saltwater delivery.
• Maintain safety and environmental compliance.
