Job summary

Zobility in Houston, TX seeks a technical engineering support professional to assist in planning, design, cost estimating, risk assessment, and pre-sanction stages of pipeline projects in the Gas and Liquids business units. You will help develop Front-end engineering, schedules, and execution strategies while liaising with sponsors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

0-3 years of oil and gas engineering, operations, project management, and/or project development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with team members.
Ability to manage projects from development to sanction/execution.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage stakeholders; preliminary determination of regulatory requirements; completion of Front-end engineering and designs, cost estimates, and project execution strategies are developed.
Develop realistic and reliable project schedules and cost estimates for projects, while appropriately defining risks, uncertainties and likelihood for those schedules and cost estimates.
Develop charters for Rough Order of Magnitude to Class 3 scope supported by estimates and schedules to meet the needs of various sponsors.
Charters define critical information, specific to each project to be used by executive management to make decisions.
Provide regular formal and informal project management reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders on assigned projects
