Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking Plant Operators in Stanton, TX to maintain gas processing and pipeline facilities around the clock. You will monitor equipment, perform routine tasks, and respond to alarms to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, possess 0-2 years (Level C) to 4+ years (Level A) of related experience, and are able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years for Level C, 2–4 years for Level B, 4+ years for Level A experience.
• Valid driver's license in state of residency.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including shift rotations and call outs.
• Ability to react to high stress or emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, reach, climb ladders up to 25 feet, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and around hazardous materials and loud machinery.
