Job summary

Nexus Integrity Management, LLC seeks an experienced Operator Qualification (OQ) Evaluator/Proctor to administer, conduct, and document OQ evaluations across field locations. The role ensures employees and contractors meet safe-operating qualifications for designated tasks in pipeline operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with pipeline systems, corrosion control, and related energy infrastructure, plus strong documentation and assessment skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in pipeline operations, corrosion control, natural gas distribution, or related field.
• Knowledge of Operator Qualification requirements and covered-task evaluations.
• Experience with technical assessments, field evaluations, or competency verification.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office; ability to travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Administer written and computer-based Operator Qualification assessments.
• Conduct hands-on performance evaluations to verify competency.
• Maintain qualification records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate reevaluations and testing schedules across locations.
• Support internal and client audits with accurate records.
