• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 6–10 years related work experience in terminal or pipeline operations preferred

• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead the work group in OMS compliance and safety programs.
• Organize, schedule, and direct terminal/pipeline operations and maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal groups and external agencies to accomplish projects.
• Review expenditures, budgets, and cost management for area.
• Mentor and supervise a team of employees and contractors.
