Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a pipeline operations professional to monitor and control the flow of natural gas and NGLs through the pipeline network.

The role requires operating SCADA systems, analyzing forecasts, and ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations across distribution, transmission, gathering, storage, and processing segments. Responsibilities include load forecasting, responding to system conditions, and coordinating with field personnel for start/stop activities and nominations.

Qualifications

• Experience with pipeline control functions and SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with load forecasting and weather-based adjustments.
• Ability to interpret pressures, volumes and control points.
• Knowledge of basic reporting and communication procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor flow using SCADA to ensure safe and efficient gas/gas liquids distribution, transmission, gathering, storage and processing.
• Forecast load requirements using company-approved models and weather data.
• Identify and resolve communication issues to minimize pressure disruptions.
• Monitor gas/liquid quality and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare receipts, deliveries, storage injections/withdrawals, and related nominations.
