Job summary

Energy Transfer in Midland, TX is seeking a Pipeline and Terminal Operations professional to repair, maintain, and optimize pipelines, equipment, and related facilities. The role focuses on safe operation and compliance with regulatory requirements, with work across pipelines, valves, pumps, storage tanks, and related infrastructure.

You will perform inspections, coordinate with contractors and landowners, participate in safety programs, and provide on-call support on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Level C: 0–2 years of relevant industry experience; Level B: 2–4 years; Level A: 4+ years.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and operate facilities including pipelines, valves, pumps, and storage equipment.
• Coordinate with landowners, public agencies, and contractors.
• Follow safety policies and perform energy isolation lockout/tagout procedures (LOTO).
• Plan, organize, and prioritize responsibilities and coordinate with team members.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and comply with OSHA, DOT, EPA requirements.
• Provide on-call support for areas of responsibility on a rotating basis.
