Working independently and as part of a team in a field/construction environment, the pipeline cleaning and CCTV Foreman provides day-to-day direction to crews while working under the supervision of a superintendent or designee.

The foreman is responsible for supervising crews to ensure pipeline cleaning and CCTV inspection projects meet or exceed standards set by SAK and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew members to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Provide high-quality, finished work in compliance with customer requirements.
• Prioritize, schedule, and communicate plans and tasks to crew members.
• Assist in planning work schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and traffic control.
• Monitor work performance and productivity to ensure safety, quality, and procedural compliance.
• Advise superintendents and project management on potential issues and assist in resolving them.
• Maintain and operate company equipment properly.
• Perform general construction activities, including underground work if applicable.
• Prepare and submit reports on production, safety, and time as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement.
• Current NASSCO PACP/MACP/LACP certification.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Strong comprehension skills for instructions and safety procedures.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in sewer and storm drain pipeline maintenance and inspection.
