Job summary

Nexus Integrity Management, LLC seeks a Project Manager in Pasadena, TX to lead pipeline integrity projects. You will own scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating field teams, suppliers, and clients for on-time, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities include proactive communication, change management, invoicing support, and mentoring junior PMs. Travel up to 25% is required; a PMP is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in pipeline/construction.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scope, schedule, and budget for each job.
• Proactive and frequent communication with client, foremen, VP, and subcontractors.
• Order materials and manage site logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead field teams and coordinate mobilization, on-site work, and demobilization.
• Review time sheets and assist invoicing; track change orders.
• Mentor Assistant PMs and resolve on-site issues quickly.
