Job summary

Colt Midstream, LLC. seeks an Integrity Lead to implement and oversee pipeline integrity programs, including ILI and hydrostatic testing, chemical injection/batching, and theLeak and Repair reporting process.

You will lead projects from scope to completion and serve as onsite lead for field integrity activities. This role requires expertise in 49 CFR Parts 192/195, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with Operations, Engineering, consultants, and vendors to maintain

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in oil and gas, including at least three years in pipeline integrity
• Working knowledge of 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195, including integrity management, ILI, and hydrostatic testing requirements
• Experience reviewing ILI and hydrostatic test results and coordinating resulting digs, repairs, or pipe replacements
• Demonstrated project management experience, including scheduling, scoping, budgeting, and vendor management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, analysis, and reporting) and working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Familiarity with GIS/mapping tools and ILI vendor data platforms preferred
• Valid driver’s license and excellent vehicle driving record
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and compliance records
• Self-starter with the ability to build, organize, and manage new programs and processes with general guidance and supervision
• High integrity

Responsibilities

• Performs all job functions within Safety and Environmental policies and regulatory laws
• Manages all regulatory in-line inspection (ILI) and hydrostatic testing requirements for transmission pipelines
• Maintains detailed tracking of inspection/testing intervals and documents reports in SharePoint
• Leads scheduling, scoping, planning, and management of each project from start to finish
• Coordinates with Operations to plan and execute project activities
• Collaborates with outside consultants and Engineering for technical support
• Serves as onsite lead for all in-field integrity activities
• Manages the Chemical Injection and Chemical Batching Programs
• Maintains a centralized tracking system for 20.15s and ensures closure of open items
• Works with Supervisor – Pipeline Services on incident mapping and tracking
• Supports Corrosion Department inspections and troubleshooting as time permits
• Maintains audit-ready records for PHMSA and Texas Railroad Commission compliance
• Communicates effectively with team members, Operations, Engineering, consultants, and vendors
• Maintains safety, compliance, and high-integrity standards
